Romans 8:27-29

²⁷ And he who searches our hearts^(A) knows the mind of the Spirit, because he intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.

²⁸ We know that all things work together^[a] for the good^[b] of those who love God, who are called according to his purpose.^{(B) 29} For those he foreknew he also predestined^(C) to be conformed to the image of his Son,^(D) so that he would be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters.^(E)
